Lobby Upgrade

The repositioning of the 143 Macquarie Street Lobby and Third Space is a result of the combined vision of asset owner MEAG and the Colliers Leasing team.

With nettletontribe leading the creative direction, Scope Projects delivered on a brief to create a warm, inviting, elegant and timeless space that would have multi-generational appeal and allow this boutique building to be viewed in a new light.

The building sits within a location that has a long standing history and connectedness to many historical landmark buildings; NSW State Library, NSW Parliament House, The Art Gallery of NSW, The Mint.

With an intent to honour the quality location MEAG has provided their customers with an appealing professional aesthetic and well-considered relief and meeting points.

The Lobby is activated with new lounge and table furniture to encourage short stays of waiting or plug and play working. The Third Space provides tenants with an alternative for hosting large group meetings in a formal and casual arrangement.

An LED art installation contributes to the cultural and arts precinct located nearby, the curated visual and audio experience is a moving reflection of nature that compliments and accentuates the Royal Botanical Gardens located directly across from the building.

The Blue Mountains visual provides relief and wondrous interest. 143 Macquarie Street is a spectacular building well positioned overlooking the Royal Botanical Gardens and with unimpeded views across Sydney Harbour.

It has transitioned to a modern, professional, quality boutique A-Grade asset. Scope Projects is proud of the vision and quality of work our supply chain delivered upon
