Peakstone continue to demonstrate their commitment to the A-Grade status of 45 Clarence Street Sydney with a premium look Lobby and Amenity refurbishment being rolled out throughout the asset.
Located in the thriving and sought after western corridor of the city, this asset is home to expansive views of Barangaroo and Darling Harbour. The design is a continuation of the stunning and bespoke Gray Puksand lift lobby and amenities design.

Suite 21.01 and Lift Lobby Upgrade
We are delighted to showcase the works delivered within Premium Grade Asset, Liberty Place 161 Castlereagh Street in Sydney. The projects works encompassed the construction of Levels 41 & 42 Sky Rise amenities and lift lobbies beautifully designed by Gray Puksand and Project Managed by TSA Management.
The on-floor transformation exemplifies the elegance and usability of Liberty Place, solidifying its status as a premier location within Sydney’s CBD.
Scope Projects successfully delivered their first project with Cromwell Property Group at 207 Kent Street. The project encompassed several significant upgrades, including lift lobby renovations on three floors, conversion of one partial floor into a cold shell, and improvement of one partial floor to a warm shell make good. Additionally, we carried out DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliance enhancements and made upgrades to amenities.
Congratulations to the team for their exceptional management of the project’s scope and handling of any fluctuations that arose. The site team demonstrated outstanding leadership, providing excellent service throughout the project. Atilla, the Building Manager, praised their efforts and expressed his wish for all projects to run as smoothly as this one.

Level 14 of 45 Clarence St is a stand-out speculative suite project designed in collaboration with Gray Puksand. You’ll see this space is designed with activity based working in mind providing various spaces for people to collaborate, focus, mingle and be inspired. Building owners Investa were looking to give levels 31 and 32 of 1 Market St, Sydney a complete refresh with a makegood, lift lobby refurbishment and amenities upgrade. Scope Projects were appointed for the construction due to our strong track record of delivering projects within the 1 Market St tower and our long standing relationship with Investa. Understanding our client’s and the client-side project managers’ expectations is paramount to our success.
Scope Projects delivered this full floor workplace upgrade for The GPT Group in collaboration with Turner & Townsend and Greenbox Architecture. With the existing tenant giving back one floor, the project brief was to remove an internal staircase between the two floors creating two separate suites, including a new spec suite on level 13.
The existing structural steel staircase removal provided one of the key project challenges, with the team achieving the notable feat of demolishing and removing this within just three days, with the added pressure of being completed over the festive period. The spec suite design scope included a new front of house reception and waiting area, plus board and meeting rooms. With a bright and open layout, plants were also placed throughout to soften and create a biophilic design-like look and feel.

Engaged on a Design and Construct basis, Scope Projects led the entire process from inception to post completion, engaging Greenbox for design. The project involved a contemporary speculative suite, lift lobby and amenities upgrade to level 15 of the beautiful 101 Miller St, North Sydney asset.
Scope Projects have a long-standing relationship with Investa Property Group and have delivered over 20 projects to date across a range of iconic Sydney buildings, in particular, 6 O’Connell St. Located on level 6, this project was delivered in collaboration with Pony Design Co. It includes a speculative suite, lift lobby upgrade and amenities upgrade.
