Last year, Scope Projects hosted a beautiful event for Investa, TSA Management and Colliers at 201 Kent Street to celebrate the completion of two stunning speculative suites and the start of another two.

Investa has been a long-term client for our business and we are proud to celebrate a milestone of works delivered in 2022. The 201 Kent Street project encompassed our largest single Contract with Investa to date, over $5m across 2,300sqm.

Through a competitive tender process Scope Projects were nominated as the preferred contractor to work with Investa and their Project Managers TSA Management through an extensive value management phase in order to right scope the project in line with the budget allocated to the makegood and fitout of 4 workplace suites.
