Lobby Upgrade Project

Through a competitive tender process GPT Group awarded Scope Projects a workplace and refurbishment project that has injected new life into 60 Station St, Parramatta “Eclipse Tower”.

We are thrilled to have worked in collaboration with The GPT Group, Turner & Townsend, Gray Puksand and Aston Consulting Jason on the creation of 5 uniquely identifiable Speculative Suites, bespoke to the Parramatta market.

In tandem, full floors were refurbished to an above A-Grade standard with new LED lighting and amenity upgrades, end of trip and lobby refresh. Emergency Lighting for the entire building was also upgraded to a Le Grand System.   

Boasting an impressive 5.5-star NABERS energy rating and a 4-star NABERS water rating, the Eclipse Tower sits within a desirable location in close proximity to Parramatta Station. Full height glazing ensures each floor receives an abundance of natural light and an exceptional Greater Sydney view.
