Scope Projects are thrilled to have delivered another Peakstone customers workspace within A-Grade Office Tower, 45 Clarence Street Sydney.

Pen Underwriting is the newest resident to take up a gorgeous light filled, bespoke suite on Level 25. The aesthetic is elegant and inviting, received well by all that have visited.

The suite’s design draws inspiration from Mediterranean style, evoking carefree Santorini vibes and emphasising natural materials and finishes. The approach is effortlessly minimalist, notably evident in the reception area’s ceiling, where the plasterboard comes up and gracefully curves over.
