Planning for rapid growth and wanting to inspire its workforce return to the office, the Leadership team set their sights on a relocation to the refurbished and repositioned 570 George Street Sydney. The location was chosen due to its close proximity to the former office, the step up in asset quality and the energy of the bustling George Street retail precinct.  

Through a competitive tender process Scope Projects were awarded the Construction of the workspace, working closely with CBRE Project Management and design team Strutt Studios. Our team were awarded the project due to the extensive technical experience we hold within the building having delivered 6800sqm of speculative suites on behalf of the Owners Far East Organization.  

Neoen’s team frequently spend their time in meetings. The workspace is a highly built environment purposely designed to accommodate a varying degree of meeting size and type. Fredon Technology collaborated to provide each room with the appropriate video conferencing equipment and functionality for interactive presentations. The finishes palate is softened with neutral tones, giving balance to the more prominent timber features, blue fabrics and black framing throughout. Neoen’s catch phrase is Boundless Energy, the open plan area is a reminder of this activated with adjustable desks and a 6 screen LED wall displaying energy stats and projects.

The team have made their return to the office setting and the business is settled in. The feedback has been extremely positive with our client stating;
