Scope Projects had the pleasure of delivering two modern speculative suites designed by Strutt Studios. The project involved the demolition and makegood of one existing suite on Level 14 to form two speculative suites, 14.02 and 14.04. Being an asset our team are very familiar with as well as Mirvac’s and Forge Venture Management’s delivery standards, the project was delivered within programme and to budget, ready for a speed to market offering for potential tenants.
