Beginning life as a speculative fit-out, this project evolved into a bespoke design for Magnite as part of a lease incentive from Investa.

Working alongside Greenbox Architecture and adhering to budget considerations, the brief specified retention of the existing fit-out whilst providing a tailored functional solution. Incorporating subtle curves provided that key fluidity within the space, encouraging as much of the natural light and beautiful city skyline. In addition, all custom joinery was converted into matching furniture supplied options.

The design aesthetic took colour cues from Magnite’s brand guidelines, employing an excitable palette of cobalt blues, greens, pinks and light timber accents. The clever use of colour blocking and finishes boundary crossovers, resulted in a coherent space that reflects the look and feel of Magnite online advertising business. With polished concrete, white exposed ceilings, white glass trims, unique collaboration zones, meeting rooms and large kitchen breakout incorporating technology provided an inviting cutting edge tenancy for Magnite
