We are delighted to showcase the works delivered within Premium Grade Asset, Liberty Place 161 Castlereagh Street in Sydney. The projects works encompassed the construction of Levels 41 & 42 Sky Rise amenities and lift lobbies beautifully designed by Gray Puksand and Project Managed by TSA Management.

The on-floor transformation exemplifies the elegance and usability of Liberty Place, solidifying its status as a premier location within Sydney’s CBD.

The amenities, with their refresh and functionality, are set to elevate the building’s overall appeal and provide an enhanced experience for the occupants. The cold shell upgrades present a blank canvas for incoming tenants. Additionally, the lift lobby redesign not only enhances the building’s aesthetics but also ensures a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance for visitors and tenants alike.
