Scope Projects was engaged by Investa and TSA Management to transform Level 11 of the A Grade asset, 201 Kent Street, into a sustainable and modern office suite. The project’s primary goal was to achieve a cosmetic uplift while retaining approximately 90% of the existing built environment.

To refresh the space, we opted for exposed ceilings in the arrival and breakout spaces, introduced new carpeting, painting, plasterboard set ceiling throughout the meeting rooms and improved lighting. New banquet seating in the reception area enhanced the arrival experience and an additional meeting room added for functionality. Complete with new carpeting, updated lighting, and a plasterboard ceiling.

We preserved the reception desk and timber feature panelling behind the reception and kept the existing floor tiles. The existing kitchen structure was also preserved, refreshing cupboards and splashback as well as reinstating the planter feature.

All the workstations were kept with just the screens being removed to open up the space and foster collaboration.

Our approach prioritised cost-effective enhancements that had the most significant impact on functionality and aesthetics. This project exemplifies our commitment to sustainability and innovative design, delivering a modern office space tailored to the needs of today’s workplaces.
