Drawing inspiration from Coastal and Bronte House, this Suite has sparked conversation in the market! While 126 Phillip stands as a Premium Grade asset, Level 11, positioned lower within the building, lacks the premium views and natural light characteristic of the upper floors. However, the collaborative efforts of Scope Projects, Hammond Studio, and Aston Consulting have brought forth a high-quality suite, rich in distinctive features.

The elongated space originally faced the rear of deteriorating buildings, prompting a deliberate design approach aimed at concealing this aspect. To achieve this, screens and columns with smoky mirrors were strategically incorporated, minimising the impact of neighbouring buildings and their sightlines.

The arrival experience is designed to evoke a ‘wow’ factor right from the lift’s doorstep, guiding visitors seamlessly through a visually captivating space. A graphic ribbon draws you inward, unveiling an awe-inspiring vista.

Upon arrival, Barrisol lighting creates an illusion of a skylight, illuminating the space with a natural radiance. Additionally, LED totem pole like screens showcase live digital art portraying coastal Sydney, complemented by ambient sounds of nature and the ocean. This immersive design makes this space a true spectacle to behold and experience.
