Scope Projects had the pleasure of delivering the new 530sqm home for Ideagen Sydney at 418A Elizabeth St, Surry Hills. Ideagen are a software company that develop software products to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance is met within industry regulations and standard in multiple sectors such as, but not limited to, aviation, healthcare and government agencies.

This project was executed under a design and construct project managed by Turner & Townsend and in collaboration with Wool+Hay. The design concept for the space aimed to incorporate a flexible space, bringing people together with a diversity of collaboration settings and a multipurpose front of house area that can be transformed into a town hall space to host large scale events. This is balanced with multiple quiet pods, offices and enclosed quiet rooms for individuals to engage in focus work. The use of textured and warm tones added an authentic feel, while bright colours were chosen to align with the global workplace branding, whilst reflecting the local team’s aesthetic.

“We engaged Scope projects to complete our office-fit out for our new office space. Through the proposal/design stage, construction and project finalisation, Scope Projects went above and beyond to ensure our new space met all our requirements and was within our budget.

Sepideh Soltani and her team were so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire project. Everything went to schedule and the care, quality, and attention to detail has resulted in a beautiful space.  I would highly recommend Scope Projects to anyone looking to refurbish or fit-out a space!”
