Being a not for profit, we knew maximising budget was a key concern—but we also wanted to capture the bright optimism the incredible House with No Steps team create for their clients. Making the most of the large perimeter windows to bring a lightness to the working floor, we were able to create a modern and energising look, that embraced the industrial feel of the exposed ceiling.
