At the end of 2020, Scope Projects in conjunction with Strutt Studios, was successfully appointment as design and construct partners for Far East Organization’s 570 George St Sydney refurbishment project. This iconic project consists of the design and refurbishment of 10 floors converted to vibrant and unique speculative suites. This project showcases the speculative suites and lift lobby upgrade at level 15, suite 15.01.

Design: A serene interior design scheme with residential influences. maximising the darker side of the tenancy, the breakout area creates the illusion of lightness and space through the inclusion of archways, textured painted and soft timber tones. In the open plan, the columns have been integrated into the design as green walls, forming a key biophillic feature, this adds to the bespoke feeling of the scheme.
