Due to the success and growth of their business, Eclipse Insurance took occupancy at Level 10, 4 Martin Place Sydney. Working under a design and construct delivery model, Scope Projects and Strutt Studios worked collaboratively to provide a turnkey solution for the tenancy, Eclipse Insurance an extremely tight programme of 5 weeks.

Despite this, being able to work in direct partnership meant we could achieve the best design results possible without having any compromise on the design intent, meanwhile also adhering to a strict budget. The end result is a paired back and balanced monochromatic, yet sophisticated and warm scheme reflective of the client’s new brand.
