Off the back of the successful delivery and high appeal of 15 Speculative Suites delivered within 570 George Street, intent on making their own mark Coras Solutions leased a warm shell Suite on Level 22. The relocation to the CBD from Potts Point was driven by a combination of planned growth, a desire to have a large event space and to be close to their main client in Defence.

Engaged on a Design and Construct basis, Scope Projects led the entire process from inception to post completion, engaging Consultants and managing procurement to achieve a pre-determined and firm occupancy date. The project timeline and quality was achieved due to the well managed collaboration of trusted Consultants and approach to maintain a high frequency of communications with the client and team.
