Scope Projects are pleased to showcase this speculative suite creation within the iconic A-grade building at 60 Union St, Pyrmont for AFIAA Investment Foundation, in partnership with Design Native and Lighthouse Project Group. The 260sqm terrace suite was vacant for a period of time, with the brief being to create an upgraded, beautifully appointed suite in order to secure a high-calibre tenant.
The sophistication of the building currently housing blue chip tenants lent itself to the creation of a suite that was impactful and contained natural light to promote health and vitality. Introducing biophilic elements to maintain a connection to the natural aesthetics outdoors, the suite was also designed to create connections as well as incorporating flexibility, with a contemporary and harmonious look and feel. The construction took 5 weeks and the layout consisted of 2 offices, a multi-use collaboration zone and an open plan work zone with a sophisticated kitchen and breakout that could transition into another flexible meeting point.
