Investa | 111 Pacific Highway, North Sydney

A full floor refurbishment that included a new lobby, a make good of a full floor and an amenity refresh. This was tasked to us by the team at Investa and completed within tight time frames and fixed budgetary parameters.

Three suites, 64 days—that was our mission and we chose to accept it. We worked quickly to build the Spec Suites for AMP so the results could be marketed and tenanted by new occupiers. Each suite is distinct in its own style, although easy to modify with the unique business needs of the incoming brand. An amenity refresh was coordinated with the delivery of this project to ensure a total solution for the lettable floor.

With the challenge to create an inviting lobby, that makes a great impression on guests, all while minimising the construction impact to existing tenants, we delivered a lot with little disruption. Foyer upgrades are a great way to up the value for tenants, and can be achieved in less time and with fewer obstacles than you might expect.

Time was of the essence as we were tasked with transforming this space within four weeks. By placing meeting rooms on the perimeter, we were able to deliver light to every corner of the floor.

Working within the confines of an existing fit-out, we were able to bring new life to this office space, with clever re-use of existing elements.
